The satisfaction of our customers has always been at the core of our DNA. In 2009, Europa Group became the first PCO to be certified ISO 9001, and we are constantly on our toes to ensure our customers benefit from the very best service on the market. In 2018 our Scientific Society partners attributed us the excellent score of 9.1/10 for the quality of our services. As for our speakers, they allocated 8.6/10, while congress participants gratified us with 8.2/10!
