In 2025, our group committed to the French legal framework 'Société à Mission' which binds a company to pursue social, scientific or environmental advances that go beyond financial goals.
Introduced by the 2019 PACTE law, this status enables companies to define a purpose that guides their strategic choices and commitments, embed social and environmental objectives in their by‑laws, set up a Mission Committee to monitor delivery, and undergo verification by an independent third party every two years.
By becoming a Groupe à Mission – the name given to this project – Europa Group reaffirms its ambition to have a positive impact on its ecosystem while maintaining strong economic performance.
