Following the launch of the website ‘Booking by EB&S’, which enables congress participants to book accommodation close by their event, Europa Group’s housing bureau also now offers an easy solution for individual transport reservation.  The newly dedicated platform includes air and rail travel, with both regular and low-cost companies. From 1st January 2018, a new code of ethics will regulate relationships between the medical technology industry and healthcare professionals. Our brand new MyInvite platform has been specially developed to abide by the code’s specifications, and will manage all steps for future congress participants: nomination, invitation, hotel reservation, travel, congress registration, refund management, industrial partner reports, etc.

Our regulatory framework is evolving and several congresses organised by Europa Organisation are going to be concerned in January 2018, when the new MedTech Europe Code pertaining to relations between the medical technology industry and healthcare professionals comes into effect.

We have been preparing for this significant change for months, in order to anticipate the needs of our clients and put us in a position to offer the best possible assistance.
