Our group congress in Toulouse was much more than just an event, it was a true celebration of our passion, our team spirit and our vision for the future!
A look back at some of the highlights
Our leaders opened the ball with an inspiring plenary, sharing their common vision of the Group's values.
And what an unforgettable evening we had afterwards! Thanks to the overflowing creativity of @bpm_agency, we experienced a Toulouse immersion that awakened all our senses. The flavors, sounds and colors of the pink city transported us!
Generative AI, that fascinating technology that pushes back the limits of what's possible, was at the center of debates during our round-table workshops!
The @quatuorannesci offered us an exceptional team building experience, forging even stronger bonds between us through the power of music. Their melodies made our hearts vibrate in unison, a real “joy!”
Our conference program, born of the desire of 110 employees to share their professions in 77 sessions, was exciting and rich in learning for all.
And what about our red and black evening at @stadetoulousainrugby? We sang, danced and laughed together, creating memories that will stay with us forever.

We are delighted to announce a long-term collaboration with Gustave Roussy.
Gustave Roussy is Europe's No. 1 and the world's No. 4 cancer center. Today, Gustave Roussy wishes to create a unique event, in a totally original format, around national and international leaders, and we at Europa Group are proud to be associated with it.
As such, we are delighted to announce the creation of the Gustave Roussy & Friends Invite, an annual cross-fertilization event with another renowned center. On November 29, 2024, the guest of honor will be the Spanish center VHIO (Vall d'Hebron Institute of Oncology).
The aim of this project will be to present an innovative vision of the evolution of oncology, to discuss strategic issues and the day-to-day work of care and research teams, and to hear their views on the major advances of the past year.
We would like to warmly thank Gustave Roussy for its confidence.

Join our team of 10 people dedicated to technical and audiovisual logistics, and take part in the organization of innovative events in the medical education sector. Under the supervision of the Head of the "Pôle Technique Opérationnel" department, your role is essential in the logistical management of technical resources for medical congresses on the one hand, and in the activity of running an audiovisual production studio on the other.
Your profile:
- You have logistics and audiovisual training, and ideally initial experience in a similar position.
- You are rigorous, reactive and have good organizational skills.
- You enjoy working in a team and know how to manage several tasks at the same time.

June was a sporty one at Europa Group! We took part in the Challenge solidaire Je Marche pour les Apprentis d'Auteuil, an event designed to help families in difficulty. The aim? Take as many steps as possible, which are then converted into donations. This connected walk took place from June 6 to 17, and 94 of our employees gave their all for this worthy cause: a record participation for this third year!
The results are in: our 19 teams covered more than 12 million steps, or over 10,000 km!
A big well done to our employees for their mobilization and spirit of solidarity! We are delighted to be able to convert these efforts into financial support for the association. Thank you to the Apprentis d'Auteuil for allowing us to take part in this challenge!
At Europa Group, passing on knowledge is at the heart of our mission. And we firmly believe in the importance of work-study programs for training tomorrow's talent. This year, we had the pleasure of welcoming 12 work-study students who share our values and vision. Here's how we have adapted to integrate them in the best possible way:
1- A personalized welcome: To facilitate their integration, we organized a “Café des alternants” at the start of the new school year. It's an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other, exchange ideas and feel part of our adventure.
2- Dedicated support: Aware of the challenges of work-study programs, we have created an internal guide for managers to help them effectively support our alternants in their professional careers.
3- A long-term commitment: We are vigilant and attentive to the needs of our alternants, convinced that their success is also our success!
