Your mission:
Since January 2018, it has become impossible for certain healthcare industrialists to take direct charge of congress participants. They entrust us with their budget, and we take care of bringing in healthcare professionals and managing all the logistical aspects of their coming: invitation, badge, transport, hotel, transfer etc.
Your mission is to provide them with administrative and operational support on current dossiers and thus contribute to the smooth running of the department.

Your tasks will include
Set up the operational management platform
Contribute to the congress participant selection process
Send out invitations, monitor reservations (travel, allocation, invoicing, collection, etc.)
Provide a helpdesk for participants (registration, ticketing, hotel, transfers)
Produce regular statistical reports on each operation in progress
Contribute to the administrative and accounting follow-up of files and their closing.

Your profile:
You have experience in international event management or business travel booking (travel agency).
You are committed to what you do, rigorous, responsive and flexible.
You have a strong sense of service and teamwork, and enjoy finding solutions
You like to work in a varied job and handle several tasks at the same time.
Our regulatory environment is quite complex. If you're already familiar with it, that would be a real plus!

Europa and Le Cœur des Entreprises commit to la Nuit du Bien Commun

We are proud to announce our participation in la Nuit du Bien Commun support committee, through the endowment fund Le Cœur des Entreprises, of which we are a founding member.

La Nuit du Bien Commun, to be held on May 13 at the Casino Barrière in Toulouse, is a unique fund-raising evening during which 10 associations, selected from 20 finalists, will have the opportunity to present their projects.

On Wednesday morning at the Meeting Lab, several Cœur des Entreprises representatives, including a member of Europa, had the honor of taking part in the selection of the associations that will have the chance to take to the stage to pitch their projects.

Among the 20 associations present at this morning's event: Stade Toulousain Rugby Handisport, Concerts de poche, rebonds!, proxité, Univers Montagne Esprit Nature, etc.

Towards 0 paper!

At Europa in Toulouse, we've been taking a more environmentally-friendly approach for several years, drastically reducing our paper consumption.

1- Local partnership: By collaborating with EASYTRI, a specialist in corporate sorting, we support a local company while reinforcing our commitment to a cleaner environment. 

2- Reducing the number of copiers: we have reduced the number of copiers on our premises to a strict minimum, with just one color copier for every 220 employees! 

3- Paperless accounting: we continue to explore ways of further minimizing our use of paper. For example, our accounting is now 100% paperless, which not only reduces our ecological footprint, but also optimizes our internal processes.

 We're proud of our teams for embracing and supporting these changes, and look forward to continuing on this eco-responsible path.

A convivial afterwork to mark the start of the year!

On Thursday February 2, Europa's Toulouse-based teams gathered for an afterwork at the emblematic Meeting Lab, to mark the start of the new year together.

It was an opportunity for our Group Managing Director, Louis Verdier, to express his best wishes for 2024 and warmly thank our staff for their commitment and hard work throughout 2023.

Over the course of the evening, we shared laughs, memories of the past year and aspirations for the months ahead, reinforcing the team spirit we hold so dear at Europa.

A new chapter begins for Europa Group

We are delighted to share some great news with you all: Europa Group has moved its Paris premises! Our new address is just a stone's throw from the Place de l'Étoile, at 19-21 rue Dumont d'Urville.

This move marks the start of a new and exciting collective adventure in Paris. Our new premises are bright, spacious and modern, enabling us to bring together several of the group's companies under one roof: AGM, the Philia group, 1Health and CHAM.

We are convinced that this new chapter will be a source of synergies that will reinforce our mission: to provide excellent and innovative medical education.


 Over 40 Christmas boxes collected at Europa Group!

For the third year running, we're delighted to have taken part in the Boîtes de Noël campaign, in partnership with Le Cœur des Entreprises and Secours Catholique de Toulouse. 

This year, over 40 boxes were collected by Andrew, Head of the Pôle Errance at Secours Catholique.

The mission of these gifts is to bring a little comfort to people living on the streets, by offering something warm, something good, a hobby, a hygiene product and a little word.

Thank you all for this wonderful operation of generosity!
