Europa Organisation obtained initial certification in 2010, and is still the only French PCO to detain this esteemed mark of standard. It stands as proof of our engagement to provide clients with services that meet their every expectation.

We are proud to validate the 3 year cycle of certification this year.

Our partners must be guaranteed that all of our activities are fully compliant with the local and international guidelines to which they are subjected.

Furthermore, Europa’s culture of excellence already led in 2010 to our becoming the first professional congress organiser in France to be certified ISO 9001, which guarantees the quality of our organisational structure and attention to constant improvement.

Today we are delighted to assign the responsibility of these two key factors for the development of Europa to Anne Le Berre.

Anne has been Project Manager at Europa for several years, and has been involved from the outset in the company’s quality and compliance strategies.

Europa Group and Phili@ unite their activities as medical congress organiser and scientific editor, giving rise to a French group of 260 human resources that will attain a turnover of €90 million at the end of 2017.

We are delighted to announce that Sally Vincent has been nominated Chief Executive Officer of Europa Group.
Originally from Perth in Australia, Sally joined Europa in 2005, following a start of her career in international support and management. At Europa she has successively held positions as PCR Operations Director, Chief Operations Officer and Human Resources Director. Sally holds an MBA degree in Business Strategy, obtained at the Toulouse Business School. Her experience and perfect knowledge of our line of business and organisation are major assets for the future development of Europa Group.

Being by our partners’ sides during their daily challenges is one of Europa’s commitments. In 2018, the application of the MedTech code of ethics will concern many of them, and strongly affect the medical education sector in general. At Europa a dedicated team has been working on this new regulation for over 3 years, in close collaboration with MedTech Europe, and today we are one of the first PCOs to be certified as “Trusted Partner”. Proof that we master the new regulation, now become an absolute necessity!

Our regulatory framework is evolving and several congresses organised by Europa Organisation are going to be concerned in January 2018, when the new MedTech Europe Code pertaining to relations between the medical technology industry and healthcare professionals comes into effect.

We have been preparing for this significant change for months, in order to anticipate the needs of our clients and put us in a position to offer the best possible assistance.

We are therefore proud to announce the launch of a new service at Europa Booking & Services, totally dedicated to managing delegates who are affected by the Code.

Our staff are available to present the service to industry partners and answer the multitude of questions that the new regulation gives rise to.
