At Europa Group, we spend our days in front of our screens. Keeping our eyes healthy and adopting the right body posture is essential! A poorly-adjusted workstation can lead to musculoskeletal disorders: neck, back, shoulder and wrist pain, and even unpleasant sensations such as pins and needles or cramps.

So how can we take care of our eyes and our bodies at the office?

1- Eyes:

- Detach yourself from the screen every 20 minutes, looking into the distance for 20 seconds.

- Blink regularly to keep your eyes hydrated.

- Consult an ophthalmologist in the event of visual defects.

2- Posture:

- Adjust the height of your screen: the top should be at eye level.

- Make sure your eyes are an arm's length away from the screen to avoid strain.

- Prevent musculoskeletal disorders by regularly adjusting your posture.

3- Muscles:

- Stretch regularly: push your joined hands upwards, palms facing the ceiling, gently tilt your head to one side then the other.

- Relax your wrists: shake hands, rotate.

- Stand up, walk, move!

Your mission:

As part of a team that coordinates the conference programs of 30 medical congresses each year in various disciplines (Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Neurology, etc.). You will act as the point of contact for the congress's medical directors (our customers), supporting them throughout the project. You will work closely with the project managers and other teams involved in the congress (Audiovisual, Sales, Hotel, Registration).
 

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for :

- Gathering specific requirements for the various events, assisting with program coordination and providing support to guest speakers

- Drawing up the project's retro schedule and ensuring the smooth implementation of the program designed by the doctors.

- Ensure administrative management: input and dissemination of the program, invitations to speakers, processing of specific requests, etc.

- Generate regular monitoring reports and relay key information to the various project stakeholders.

- You will be required to communicate in English: advanced level required

Europa Group is a founding member of Le Cœur des Entreprises, an endowment fund fighting poverty, which has enabled us this summer to take part in the l'Estival operation to distribute meals to the underprivileged.

Every evening until August 31, food distributions are organized at three sites in Toulouse, thanks to the joint efforts of La Banque Alimentaire, Restos du Cœur and Secours Catholique.

Several Europa employees have donated one of their evenings to this operation, and we would like to thank them and all the volunteers from the associations who look after the most vulnerable.
