Your mission:

Working at the heart of Europa Group's Business Development Department, you will be responsible for identifying short, medium and long-term growth opportunities. Your expertise will range from responding to calls for tender, to prospecting, to rigorously analyzing the medical education market for opportunities. You will work closely with our in-house teams to ensure the success of new projects, and will be responsible for commercial and administrative follow-up.

Your skills :

- Develop a customer portfolio
- Analyze and understand the medical education sector
- Propose a short-, medium- and long-term development strategy
- Manage budgets and understand margin concepts

Your profile:

With at least 3 years' experience, you have a Bac+3/+5 from a business or management school, and a good command of written and spoken English. Dynamic, creative and with an innate sense of negotiation, you are ready to join a versatile team where your enthusiasm and responsiveness will make all the difference.

At Europa Group, the month of September was rich, lively and so much fun! In parallel with the Rugby World Cup 2023 in Toulouse, we organized our own competition!

Our teams outdid themselves to win a private box at the Toulouse Stadium for the Portugal-Fiji match, vying with each other in creativity and enthusiasm to carry out challenges linked to rugby and the countries hosted in Toulouse. For many, it was "the best team building we've ever done". A game that exceeded all expectations: in terms of laughter, discovery of others, collective dynamics, cohesion...

At every stage of the game, Europa's employees showed themselves as they are in their daily professional lives: committed, demanding, united, passionate, creative, pugnacious, benevolent, joyful, funny! They brought us through 3 weeks of intense competition, where self-mockery was the golden rule!

Last week at Europa Group, we chose to focus on breast cancer. Because prevention is essential, we shared a number of resources with our employees to help them better understand, protect themselves and get informed.

Some of them even donned their best pink outfits to show their support!

And for the most motivated colleagues, we offered registration for La Foulée pour la vie, a humanitarian race benefiting the Ligue contre le cancer and Secours Populaire. We're proud to support this worthy cause and encourage our teams to take part!

What are the signs to look out for?
- Tingling eyes
- Red, dry eyes (especially for contact lens wearers)
- Blurred vision
- Headaches

 How can I prevent eyestrain?
- Every 20 minutes, take your eyes off the screen and stare at a distant point for 20 seconds.
- To hydrate the cornea, remember to blink regularly.
- Adjust the height of your screen: the top should be at eye level (or a little lower for progressive lens wearers).
- Your eyes should be an arm's length away from the screen.
- Every hour, take a 5-minute break: get up, walk around, get some fresh air! Even a short walk to the printer can make a difference.

 In the event of persistent symptoms, a consultation with an ophthalmologist is recommended.

It's up to you! Every minute invested in your well-being today will have long-term benefits!

CHAM (Convention on Health Analysis and Management) is a newcomer to Europa Group's unique annual event!

Founded in 2009 by Guy Vallancien, then a urological surgeon, and Aurore Dionnet, head of a medical training center, the annual event brings together key players in the French healthcare sector to break down traditional silos, encourage dialogue and explore forward-looking topics.

On Thursday September 28 and Friday September 29, the 2023 edition will bring together healthcare professionals to discuss the theme of "Relevance and quality in healthcare". The event offers a unique space to challenge convention, stimulate debate and help shape the future of France's healthcare system.

Your mission:

You will integrate an in-house "Business Travel Agency" that enables healthcare professionals to participate in congresses. You will manage all the logistical aspects of their attendance: invitations, badges, transport, hotels, transfers, etc.
As part of a team of 6 people, your role will be to provide administrative and operational support for ongoing projects, thereby contributing to the smooth running of the department.

Your profile:

- You have experience in international event management or travel ticketing (business travel agency).

- You are committed to what you do, rigorous and reactive.

- You like to work in a varied job and handle several tasks at the same time

- You have a strong sense of service and teamwork, and enjoy finding solutions.

- Our regulatory environment is quite complex. If you're already familiar with it, that's a real plus. If not, we'll train you, of course!
